Learn how to meditate or deepen your practice as a means to understand where your reality is coming from, how to influence it, and how to habituate a state of mind where joy is the default. Meditations are rooted in a Tibetan Buddhist lineage, backed by modern science, and designed to be integrated into a modern life.

Coaching

Working 1:1 we can build a system that integrates meditation, nutrition, fitness, relationships, work, and more to understand how we can lead fulfilling lives. Through this 1:1 relationship we can develop a plan that allows you to truly lead the life you are most inspired by.

We will focus on all aspects of your life and healing – including physical, mental, and spiritual. In our first session together we will come up with an action plan for how to see real and meaningful change in your life.

Men’s Group

I offer a Monthly Men’s Group in Brooklyn, NY that is designed to cultivate connection amongst men in an open and safe container. We start each meeting with a group guided meditation and allow conversation to flow into what is most valuable for the group each month.
